Sleep Toward Avoid Watching Television


If you have trouble sleeping, follow a few tips for overcoming your sleep disorder
1. Set a sleep time at night to wake up in the morning. And try to obey.
2. Good bed and your bedroom as comfortable as possible. Watch your room air temperature and air circulation in your room. Because it is affecting your sleeping comfort.
3. Avoid watching television in the hours before bedtime. If not, select the show or the channel with programs to ease and relax your mind can be calm without any thought that involves all your daily activities.
4. Avoid drinking alcohol and reduce caffeine-containing drinks and high sugar content such as: coffee, tea, cola, and hot chocolate.

5. Avoid disturbing thoughts. To reduce your fears, put the pad and pencil or pen, and write all the things that interfere with all your mind, like writing diary!. This will help make you relaxed.
6. Try to do some things that make your mind relax or relieve your mind.
7. Try doing some of the above tips may help you in overcoming your sleeping difficult.
